King's Outdoor World Screen Saver User Instructions
All images and movie clips are copyrighted and cannot be used outside of this screen saver presentation. You are entitled to one user license of this software.
Thank you for purchasing this screen saver. This screen saver is unique in that it will display both images and short movie files for a dynamic viewing experience. Most of the Screen Saver settings are set at the appropriate settings to view the images and movie clips correctly. Changing some settings may disrupt the sequence and the presentation. However, some basic settings can be adjusted according to your liking. Information about changing the settings can be found in detail below.
Installation Instructions:
**Important: do not run the screen saver directly from the CD
1- Insert CD into CD ROM drive
2- Double click the "Kings" icon on the desktop
3- Find the folder called "King's Screen Saver" and drag it onto your hard drive
4- Once the "King's Screen Saver" folder is on your hard drive, double click and open it
5- Next, double click the circle icon called King's Screen Saver
6- This will open and install the Screen Saver- it is ready to go with no further changes
7- The Screen Saver is set at starting after 10 minutes of no computer activity
8- To activate the Screen Saver manually, make sure the Kings Screen Saver is the most forward open program and go up to File and select Begin
9- Once opened up the first time, the Screen Saver will automatically activate every time you start your computer
10- King's Screen Saver for Macintosh is an image and video presentation only, there is no
support for background wallpaper images directly through this software.
Changing the Settings for the Screen Saver:
1- Open the King's Screen Saver program- make sure it is the most forward open program
2- Click on File and go to Preferences
3- This will open up a menu where you can go through and adjust any settings you prefer
**Note: Changing some of the "Playback" settings may disrupt the presentation of the screen saver. Most settings are at the optimum positions for best playback. You can, however, adjust the delay time for activation, sleep corners, password, etc.
Installing More Than One Collection:
The new King's Video and Image Screen Saver is available for Mule Deer, Elk, and Whitetail. If you have purchased more than one of these and would like to combined them together and run both collections, follow the steps below:
1- Copy the first collection (King's Screen Saver) folder to your hard drive following the steps outlined above.
2- Insert the CD for the next collection and open up the King's Screen Saver folder directly from the CD.
3- Highlight or select all of the files in the King's Screen Saver folder (Command A). There should be total of 41 files selected.
4- Copy or drag all files to your hard drive into the same King's Screen Saver folder as the first collection in step one.
5- It will tell you there is one file that is the same. Copy over this and replace. You should now have a total of 81 files in the King's Screen Saver folder on your hard drive.
6- Double click the King's Screen Saver circle icon and this will open the screen saver and will now be ready to rotate through all images and video files from both collections.
Unistalling the King's Screen Saver:
1- Make sure King's Screen Saver program is closed
2- Find the folder called "King's Screen Saver" on your hard drive
3- Click and drag this folder to your trash and empty trash
